Launched in 2015, our E1 Project began with a simple goal: to build a lasting relationship with a producer who could deliver consistently great coffee. We found that in Ricardo Lima and his family in El Salvador, pioneers in sustainable, community-focused specialty coffee. A decade on, E1 remains a cornerstone of our sourcing, with 90% of our coffee now bought direct from origin.
