Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with any relevant tracking numbers.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup from us at Ride 24/7 in Cirencester. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Sometimes it can take longer than 3 days but we will contact you for an accurate leadtime.
We will hold this order for 14 days only unless otherwise arranged before being restocked. A refund minus a re-stocking fee will then be issued for your order.
Our in-store pickup hours are Tuesday-Saturday (Closed Sundays & Mondays). Please view our opening hours below and please have your order confirmation email with you when you come in.

UK Shipping

We use the Royal Mail Tracked 24 Service up to £150 and 0-3kg. Tracking will be provided to you once the package has been dispatched. Orders placed after mid day will be dispatched the following day.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £6.99
Royal Mail aims to deliver Tracked 24 the next working day, however this can take up to 2 working days.
For items above this value we use Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Orders 4-20kg will be sent with DHL Express and will be calculated at checkout.
International Shipping

We now ship globally with DHL Express.
Please be advised that customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, and customs charges associated with their orders. It is crucial for customers to check the regulations and fees applicable in their respective countries before placing an order. We recommend verifying the import regulations of your country before finalising your purchase to ensure a smooth delivery process.
If delivery is refused, the customer is liable for paying the return costs which will be deducted from your refund.

If you choose DHL Express Delivery, you will receive a notification from DHL EXPRESS ON-DEMAND DELIVERY (ODD) and will provide you with email/SMS updates about your shipments progress and estimated delivery date/time. If the shipment doesn’t fit your schedule the 100% free service enables you to choose the time and place of delivery. Giving you maximum flexibility and greater control over your shipment.
