Each of the packages below will include a consultation, full report of the changes made, recommendations and measurements of the ideal setup for future reference.
Standard bike fit

The standard bike fit will go through in detail using the 2DMA motion system, this will identify any areas of change, and any recommendations going forward. Seat height will be adjusted during this fit, but no other changes will be made.The fit will take approximately 2 hours.
Premium bike fit

The full premium bike fit will go through in detail using the 2DMA motion system, any changes that are necessary will be completed during this fit.Cleat position will also be analysed and adjusted if required.During the fit a full explanation will be provided why changes are required, and what effects it may have on other areas to provide better knowledge and understanding.After 4 weeks there will be follow up via email to gain feedback of the affects of the bike fit.Note: for a further £75 a second bike can be added to the premium bike fit.
"My name is Grant Bayton and I am a British Cycling Trained Coach with almost 30 years of experience, I was born into the sport and had an opportunity to race Professionally for several years.
As well as Bike Fits I offer and deliver coaching sessions to cyclists from those who are just starting out, this may be general commuter riding, cycling to keep fit or generally just building confidence on the bike to get the best out of your cycling. We also cater for cyclists that have specific targets for Competitive Events, and can coach for Team support and Management".
