The Lightest Colnago Ever
The V5Rs is the lightest Colnago ever built, with a ready-to-paint frame weighing in at 685 grams. The frame kit weighs 12.5% less than its predecessor, without compromising rigidity.
Thinner Profiles
The experience gained with the YRs has allowed us to refine the design of the V5Rs, which uses thin, high-performance profiles. In the wind tunnel, its aerodynamic performance is close to that of the best aero frames.
Narrow Frontal Area
The frontal area of the V5Rs measures 250 cm, 13% less than its predecessor. The evolution of the head tube - now narrower - helps reduce air resistance and save watts.
Stiff And Responsive
The V5Rs combines lightness and aerodynamics without compromising stiffness and responsiveness, guaranteeing performance suited to the needs of the professional riders of the UAE teams.
