Village Espresso, Clifton Coffee's house espresso. A balanced blend that is rich, sweet and is extremely versatile. This coffee has enough body and intensity to cut through larger milk drinks without being overbearing.
80% Brazil – Fazenda Bela Vista (Pulped Natural)
The Reis family at Fazenda Bela Vista is the newest addition to our direct coffee partnership. We visited earlier this year and were blown away by their quality at scale along with their passion for natural conservation. They go above and beyond to ensure they conserve well over the compulsory 20% conservation enforced by the Brazilian Government. Fazenda Bela Vista brings a nutty and deep chocolate note to this blend.
20% Honduras – El Paraiso (Washed)
Honduras is a diverse producing country that can produce a wide range of flavour qualities. The cooperatives in El Paraiso primarily focus on balanced and sweet coffees without too much acidity. This made it the perfect origin for our Village Espresso. We also wanted to establish new sourcing relationships within Honduras as we love the depth that Central American coffees have. With our longest standing direct relationship in the neighbouring El Salvador it made sense for us to pursue Honduras as a new project this year. El Paraiso brings a rich sweet body to finish this espresso.
